Unlimited residential driveway plowing, November 1, 2025 – April 1, 2026. Covers driveways up to 250 ft or ~2,500 sq ft (single-lane equivalent), including primary access lanes, parking pads, approach areas. Auto-triggers at 3" snowfall. Response target: 2 hours, weather permitting. 24-hour monitoring. Service window: typically 12 AM–7 AM; timing varies by snowfall rate and conditions.

  • November - March

    Reliable plowing services at a great price. No more shopping unreliable or unresponsive plow providers. Always be able to get out for work in the morning no matter what the time. We plow every 2.5” of snowfall with unlimited trips per season. Ask about our supplemental salt and shoveling services.

  • May - October

    Sealcoating asphalt is a preventative maintenance practice that extends the lifespan of asphalt pavements by protecting them from the elements and daily wear and tear. We apply a protective layer of high quality sealant to the asphalt surface, which helps to prevent water damage, oxidation, and chemical spills, ultimately saving money on costly repairs and replacements. Typically done every 2 years, but will provide as often as needed (up to once a year).

  • Late September-November

    Preventative maintenance ensures your family’s safety because we check for carbon monoxide (CO) leaks in the heat exchanger to determine if the furnace needs replacement. We check heating components, change the filter, clean the furnace, and provide a service report when we’re done.

  • March 21 - June 7

    We check routine cooling components, change the filter, and spray the condenser clean from all debris. We check overall functionality and make recommendations for repairs, making sure you don’t have to deal with downtime when it matters! We provide a routine service report for every visit.

  • April - October

    Lawns made easy with weekly lawn mowing, trimming, blowing for a clean and seamless look in the summer. No more lawn people rushing around ripping up your yard and trimming too short.

  • October-November

    We collect all debris, leaves, sticks, and loose garbage from your property, edge all walkways, sidewalks and driveways. Minor bush trimming (under 10ft in height) is also included. We also stake driveways for plowing season preparation.

  • May - June

    Get ready for the warm weather! We’ll fix any lawn or gravel damage from winter snowplows by adding new gravel or dirt + grass seed. We collect all debris, leaves, sticks, and loose garbage from property, edge all walkways, sidewalks and driveways. We also offer minor bush trimmings (under 10ft in height).

  • We inspect your gutters and downspouts, clearing all debris. If available, we’ll run water down gutters and downspouts to ensure proper flow. We remove all debris from your property and recommend repairs when needed.

  • Each spring, we will remove unwanted weeds and overgrowth from the garden beds and reapply a fresh layer of mulch (your choice of color).

  • As a Grizzly Prime member, you’ll be able to schedule handyman services (charged hourly) to take care of all the small fixes around the house. Hard-to-reach light bulb changes, small drywall hole repair, doorknob replacement/installation, and hanging pictures and televisions are just some of the handyman services we can help with.
