Your Grizzly Prime membership includes 8 services: driveway plowing, driveway sealing, HVAC maintenance, lawn mowing, seasonal cleanup, gutter cleaning, weeding & mulching, plus handyman services at $75/hr. Everything your property needs, every season.

How does pricing work?

Accepted Answer

Pricing is based on your property size. Standard (up to 0.5 acre) is $199/month, Alaskan (up to 1.0 acre) is $299/month, and Kodiak (up to 2.0 acres) is $399/month. Your exact price is determined during signup based on your property details. All prices are before applicable sales tax.

Is sales tax included in the price?

No, prices shown do not include New York State sales tax. Tax will be calculated and added at checkout based on your location.

Can I cancel anytime?

Accepted Answer

Yes! Grizzly Prime is month-to-month with no long-term contracts. Cancel anytime with no penalty or hidden fees.

We serve Rochester, NY and surrounding areas including Spencerport, Chili, Gates, Henrietta, Greece, Brighton, Pittsford, and more. Enter your address during signup to confirm coverage.
